The Executive shall control all monies accruing to the Association and shall allocate such funds for the furtherance of its aims.
Each School shall pay an annual affiliation to the Association at that school’s District AGM, or at same time as its’ entries and fees for cross country running, or track and field if the school does not enter for cross country, if the agreed policy by the District.
The amount of affiliation and entry fees shall to be fixed at the Annual General Meeting. The year of the Association shall be from 1st October to 30th September.

Affiliation Fee: £30
£25 to Ulster and £5 retained by the District
Entry Fees: £1 per individual in both Cross Country and Track & Field.
£4 per team in Cross Country and £2 per relay team in Track & Field.
The entry fee of £5.00 for the Form 2 'Under 14' team competition is included in the affiliation fee.
Districts retain 75% of entry fees and 25% go to the Ulster treasurer.
